As you have probably noticed, we have been yet again asking for donations for this summers' planting up.  Thank you to all who have already donated this year.

 We will again be planting up all the tubs, especially the one at Pump Hill.  Stuart has emptied out one of the tubs completely and refilled with new compost, manure and some weed killer (not harmful to children or pets), as it seems to be over-run every year with Chickweed.  Hopefully we will begin planting Pump Hill this weekend.

 We will continue to replant all the barrells along the road and also Janet has been caring for the roses on Lighthouse Close.

We will hopefully supply some more tubs this year, as long as people are willing/able to water them for us, as change in jobs has made it difficult for us to get around the village on a regular basis.

As always, if anyone has time and the inclination to help/suggest new ideas etc, you are very welcome, any help at all would be appreciated, especially this time of year.
